Our homemade, cold-pressed, organic, raw, unpasteurized juice is juice in its most pure living form. Each 17oz bottle contains 2-3 lbs. of fresh fruits & veggies, and never any preservatives, water, or other additives. We use the Norwalk juicer, which applies nearly two tons of hydraulic pressure to extract juice from fruits and vegetables (think of two metal plates that press against each other, with a fruit or veggie in between). It produces juice that is completely raw and that retains more vitamins, minerals, enzymes and fiber than the juice produced from centrifugal juicers. Unlike a centrifugal juicer, the Norwalk, cold-press juicer doesn’t heat up the juice and doesn’t allow oxygen to enter and damage the perishable nutrients. It is a labor-intensive process that produces superior juice. With no oxygen in the juice, our juice stays fresh for 72 hours when refrigerated.
